Failure Brings Victory

I feel like a huge failure. And not huge qualitative, but in quantity. This year has been a bust on the health front. I feel fat, unhealthy, ugly and getting worse. I can't seem to stop the cycle of eating crap and then feeling like crap. And I know that this time of year is extra hard, but really you have no idea - we are remodeling and doing school on top of everything normally busy in December. I want to woman-up and get out my super woman cape so that I can courageously take on the world tonight when I get home OR I could just give up and take a nap.....

Monday Startup

I've been able to keep off about 15 lbs off since working with the South Beach diet in April. I'm going to begin again today on Phase One to help take a few more off before my upcoming birthday in July.

This morning honestly hasn't been a great start. It's almost 10am and I haven't had any water or food yet. But I'm gonna fix that right now. Gotta Go, time to Fuel up. :)
