Developing the thought process and activity of losing the weight and adding activity goals and events as a healthy fit person, together. We wouldn't wanna do this without you!
Why would I?
I want to look better; I want to look healthy!
I want my husband to have pride in his wife.
I want to feel better and not be held back from life's fun, such as dancing, biking, taking pictures, swimming and dressing up sexy.
I also want to go shopping and be able to wear items from the rack, not always trying on extra sizes, wondering which will fit better.
I will be able to do all these things, because I will be comfortable in my body & having less weight will also make many of these tasks easier & increase my stamina, energy and intrest in life.
